This work aims to analyze the phenomenon of Farmers' Market, in Italy. A comparison has been made between the Italian case and the Farmers' Maeket diffusion in other countries. The Farmers' Market is a form of direct sales (i.e. a food short chain is activated), which allows farmers to sell their products directly to final consumer.
