The problem of monitoring a region using a team of agents is addressed as a differential game and allows the use of multiple vehicles. Two approaches are presented: the first one consists in a standard differential game, for which the HJB equations provide a sufficient condition. The second formulation results in a non standard game tackled with two different techniques based respectively on an optimal control approximation and on a wavelet decomposition. Numerical results are presented.

Abstract
The problem of monitoring a region using a team of agents is addressed as a differential game and allows the use of multiple vehicles. Two approaches are presented: the first one consists in a standard differential game, for which the HJB equations provide a sufficient condition. The second formulation results in a non standard game tackled with two different techniques based respectively on an optimal control approximation and on a wavelet decomposition. Numerical results are presented.File in questo prodotto:
