We present the results of study of the Balmer Emission (H-beta) line profile along the quasar main sequence provided by the 4D Eigenvector 1 scheme. We systematically test which empirical model of the broad (H-Beta) line profile provides the best description. In addition, we briefly discuss constraints on the structure of the broad line region. For extremely accreting quasars we employ the FWHM of H-beta as a virial broadening estimator to compute a redshift independent luminosity.
