AbstractThe high-throughput screening of cells phenotypes is a matter of great interest to understand how cells respond to a perturbation. This technique has been applied in microfluidic platform that are able to mimick the volume/ratio between cells and the intra-cellular fluids present in tissue invivo. The aim of this work is to integrate the available technologies and develop a robust method suitable for performing high-throughput phenotypic imaging of cells in microfluidic platforms
